Midland Park Panthers: A Fall Full of Community Pride

It’s been a season to be proud of in Midland Park. Our Panthers put together an outstanding showing at the North 1 Group 1 State Sectional Championships, highlighted by multiple individual sectional champions and strong team performances across the board — the kind of result that reflects not just individual talent, but the coaching, facilities, and program support behind it.
On the academic and cultural side, our school community recently came together for Cultural Awareness Week, a celebration dedicated to honoring the diverse histories and backgrounds that make up our student body. It’s exactly the kind of enrichment programming that goes beyond the standard curriculum — bringing students together around something bigger than a test score.
Behind the scenes, our district has also been working on its Framework for the Future, a strategic roadmap developed collaboratively throughout the school year to guide where Midland Park schools go next. It’s a reminder that a strong school system doesn’t happen by accident — it takes ongoing planning, investment, and community buy-in.
Moments like these — a championship banner, a week celebrating our community’s diversity, a roadmap for the years ahead — don’t happen in isolation from the fundraising work MPPEF does. Community-funded grants and programs are part of what makes a season like this possible, year after year.
